Robert Childs wrote his first song when he was about 10, continued writing and made a couple of demo albums before he founded SCALA (Songwriters, Composers And Lyricists Association) in 1987. He released his debut album Revenge (with the Robert Childs Elastic Band) in 1994. He was awarded an OAM (Medal of the Order of Australia) for his services to music in 2004. ... more
